Shipping Info

Most orders are shipped the same business day or the following business day for items that are in stock. For items ordered that are not in stock, your order will be marked "processing" and will ship as soon as the items are in stock. Most likely your item(s) will be in stock as we ship from 6 warehouse locations across the United States. Not all items are available at all locations. All orders are shipped via US Postal mail, UPS, or FedEx. Orders are not available for pickup. Although we ship internationally, no international distribution centers are available at this time. All orders ship from the USA.

Return Policy - Items returned must be in new, re-sellable condition within 7 days of receipt and incur a 20% re-stocking fee. Book covers and pages must not have any folds, tears, or creases. Replacements for defects, damages, or shipping errors on our part will not incur a re-stocking fee. No refunds are given on digital download items such as e-books, mp3 audios, etc. Audio CD's and Video DVD's are not refundable if opened.

Digital download links expire after 30 days.
